Nissan Patrol (1999-2016) GU ZD30 Common Rail 3L HPD TOP Mount Intercooler Kit (SKU: IK-GU30CR-T) HPD

This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit distributed by Canyon Off-Road has been designed to suit the Nissan Patrol GU ZD30. This intercooler kit has been designed as the factory intercoolers are prone to leaking from where the end tanks are pressed together to the core with a rubber O-ring between, hence the reason why they do and are very likely to leak and cause engine running issues. HPD have designed a direct replacement larger and more efficient intercooler kit with a 9” thermo fan bolted underneath to keep cool at low driving speeds.

HPD’s intercooler kit improves torque and power just on its own but really show’s it potential in keeping cooler intake temps and egt’s when engine tuning modifications come into play. These top mount intercoolers are great right up to 120kw’s at the wheels.

Specifically, HPD Air to air intercoolers, lower the temperature of the intake air and increase it’s density. This maximises the efficiency of the engine, delivering great power benefits along with fuel efficiency gains in your diesel 4×4.
HPD intercoolers also improve overall reliability in diesel applications by reducing your exhaust gas temperature (EGT). High flowing, low pressure drop in intercoolers as used by HPD reduce the intake air to as close to ambient temp as possible, delivering reductions in exhaust gas temp of between 50-100 degrees, helping to protect crucial mechanical components.
