This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit distributed by Canyon Off-Road has been designed to suit the RG Holden Colorado. The intercooler delivers reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures. This kit allows fitment of a winch and bull bar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading. HPD have also designed a transmission cooler to help maintain cooler transmission temps while off-roading or towing your caravan.
This RG Holden Colorado intercooler kit responds well with engine tuning. With the cooler intake temperatures produced from HPD’s intercooler kit enables a safe increase in torque and power.
Specifically, HPD Air to air intercoolers, lower the temperature of the intake air and increase it’s density. This maximises the efficiency of the engine, delivering great power benefits along with fuel efficiency gains in your diesel 4×4.
HPD intercoolers also improve overall reliability in diesel applications by reducing your exhaust gas temperature (EGT). High flowing, low pressure drop in intercoolers as used by HPD reduce the intake air to as close to ambient temp as possible, delivering reductions in exhaust gas temp of between 50-100 degrees, helping to protect crucial mechanical components.

NOTE: This HPD intercooler kit is Specific to Colorado Early Model 02/2012 – Oct/2013.
The kits differ in throttle body types, early 2013 has a pneumatic diaphragm, whereas late 2013 it has electronic solenoid on the throttle body. Please see images to confirm which model is required.

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also remain in the original packaging.
