HPD’s Mitsubishi Pajero direct replacement intercooler kit distributed by Canyon Off-Road was designed as the factory intercooler was prone to leaking or being damaged due to it position and design. With HPD’s heavy duty cores and tanks this eliminated these issues and gave better efficiency over standard.
Specifically, HPD Air to air intercoolers, lower the temperature of the intake air and increase it’s density. This maximises the efficiency of the engine, delivering great power benefits along with fuel efficiency gains in your diesel 4×4.
HPD intercoolers also improve overall reliability in diesel applications by reducing your exhaust gas temperature (EGT). High flowing, low pressure drop intercoolers as used by HPD reduce the intake air to as close to ambient temp as possible, delivering reductions in exhaust gas temp of between 50-100 degrees, helping to protect crucial mechanical components.

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also remain in the original packaging.
